We have an exciting vacancy for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team, providing care to our patients and assisting the veterinary team in all aspects of nursing care.
Larkmead is an independent busy first-opinion mixed practice based in South Oxfordshire.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking, kind, and compassionate. You should be able to work well as part of a team and individually and keen to provide a great service to all of our patients and clients.
As an expanding practice, we are developing a career pathway for our nursing team and welcome applications from nurses of all levels, keen to join our supportive environment. There are plenty of opportunities available to expand your experience and skills, working with our veterinary team and directly with our clients, supporting them with animal care through our nurse clinics.
We are a training practice with a great team of students so a clinical coach qualification would be an advantage but not essential as training can be provided. We support and encourage CPD and areas of interest, including opportunities for moving into leadership roles within the team.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week (including some nights and weekends on a rota basis with time off in lieu). Part-time may be considered.
A full driving licence is essential to work across all of our practices.
